What's happening: 23rd February – Green Breakfast What: Yummy breakfast (for a gold coin donation) When: Tuesday 23rd 7.30am-9am. Event: MWH Invercargill Social club Event

Location: Kelvin Street - Sandy Point
What's happening: Depart Kelvin Street after work. Ride, Drive or car pool to Sandy point mountain bike track. (approx 2 km down Sandy point road). Note the ride from Work to the track will be windy and possibly cold, wear light windbreaker and carry some gloves if you have them. They will also come in handy if you want to do something crazy like fall off.

What's happening: Where: Come to Zookeepers, Licenced restaraunt/cafe. When: After work on the Last Thursday of every month. For anyone who has green fingers, or an intrest in the environment and all think related to it from Vege gardens to larger environmental issues, and to meet people with similar interests. Green Drinks are an opportunity for people passionate about the environment and sustainability to meet up in an informal social setting. Come on your own, or with a friend, and just say, "Are you green?" and we will look after you and introduce you to whoever is there and make you welcome. In Invercargill, we are meeting every last Thursday of the month, at Zookeepers Cafe, Tay Street, 5.30 till 7pm, or late

Event: Riverton Mail Run
Date: 25 February 2010, 5:00 pm
Location: Oreti Beach
What's happening: Leave as close to 5pm as possible, ride to Riverton (Turn right on to a gravel road before you get the Aparima mouth) Have a quick rest, and return Via the beach or road. Note Your bike and shoes will get wet and sandy, so I suggest finding a tap to rinse it if you are taking the road way back (note: much longer) Alternatively someone could meet you there if you not up for the 46 km round trip. 23km one way only. Note the tide is -50 mins different to Bluff guage so will be on the way out as we leave and on the way in as we arrive. Do not wait for people to arrive. just park up your cars and GO. See you there!
